How can the year be half over already?  It seems like spring should just be getting started.  I wish I could say all is quiet through the summer but not this year.  We are busily working:

To get the preparations ready for the 100th Anniversary Party in October. 

Plus the Shul is getting a slight make over in the sanctuary and main hall.

We will have the congregational meeting on June 26th and our new board will start planning our next year. 

Believe it or not we are getting ready for the High Holidays. 

Phyllis Binik-Thomas is in Israel studying Torah for 5 weeks.  I am sure she will also come back with some excellent ideas to help Beth Israel. 

We are almost at 100 trees for Israel, way to go congregants.
